Hi

I was wrong with the 1911 census.

I think you could be right with the Graham connection

Thanks

Hi again

It looks like you have helped me solve the initial query.

I now need to find the death of James Graham (born c.1878 Gateshead, but lived in Newcastle) - the husband of Sarah Ann Graham - maiden name Lamb.

Also, Sarah's sister-in-law was Ellen Lamb (maiden name Holmes).

She was born in Newcastle in 1879 and married Matthew Ridley Lamb in 1897. Matthew died in 1916 and Ellen (by then living in Seghill, Tynemouth district) re-married to a William H Green in 1921.

I can't find a death for Ellen that fits her birth year.

My wife's grandmother can remember her as she was her late husbands grandmother.

They used to visit her when they were going out together so that would be mid 1940's.

She says she was buried in the local Catholic church in Annitsford - but I can't find a death to search for a year.

Can anybody find the deaths of James Graham  (last seen in 1911) and Ellen Green (Lamb / Holmes).

Also any record of William H Green.

Thanks

Darin.

Hi Rosie

That's brilliant.

Do any of those trees mention a first wife or children?

and do they mention Ellen as a wife

Thanks
