I saw a tree saying that Jane was born in orsett and that thomas died in pilgrims hatch but there's no records that early for a marriage there. Jane's name is finch in the tree. There's evidence that he lived in South Weald from some tax exemption record in 1798.

we had a convo a while back.....    rosie and myself regarding some entries that were listed for Barking, Essex and actually appeared in Wiltshire , and visa versa......    just make sure of clarifying some issues regarding this post and try and obtain 2nd references ......    cos I have a small inkling there could be some that have crossed the line......   the entries we referred to appeared 1stly on fs.o then anc and FindMyPast so they did travel....

good luck :)
