Who was Frances Keough's mother?

Trying to find out who my x2 great grandmother's mother was.
I know Frances Keough's father was Simon Keough.
Frances married an Oliver Biggs in 1876, London -

Name:  Frances Keough
Spouse:  Oliver Biggs
Father:  Simm Keough
Marriage:  28 May 1876 - St James the Great, Bethnal Green

Frances was born in Dublin around 1854, but moved to London around 1873/1874? Possibly earlier. She was a servant and met Oliver as he was the butcher boy who delivered the meat.

Thank you if you can help find who her mother was, as it's always been a mystery.

is it possible to find a marriage record for Simon and Mary? They would have married around 1845 +/- 5 years say?

I would really love to find out more about them...also can anyone find birth and death records for them both?
