That's the same Simon I found in that area.
In order for that cert. to be of any reasonable value both in terms of info. & £'s spent we need to find out whether Bridget (his wife) predeceased him.
If she did, the chances of one of his children registering his death is more likely but which child & whether it adds weight to proving it's him, the informant would have had to have known that he was married twice if he was & I don't know as I can only go on the info. found so far which is looking like "Spaghetti Junction" right now
This is possibly only a coincidence too but the name Simon Keough is not a common name
