Help with lookup PLEASE

Trying to find the parents of Alexander Milne thought to have been born circa 1765 possibly in Balthayock Kinnoull.He married Ann Stewart in 1791.

They had 4 children, Peter 1792, Helen 1794, Alexander 1796 and Lillias 1799.

Milne Miln Mill in Forfar, Newcastle and Chesterfield
Poppleton in Yorkshire & Newcastle upon Tyne
Armstrong in Dumfries ,Liverpool,India.
Howe How in Carlisle, Cumberland,
Garthwaite in County Durham, Bishop Auckland, Carlisle, Annan Dumfries.
Donoghue in Gateshead, Co. Durham
Gaffney in Roscommon, Renfrew, Newcastle and Gateshead.

The first part is a bit squashed up, but I'm fairly confident it's Fowlis Wester.
