Richards family Illogan Highway and Tolskithy Redruth

I need help in finding Thomas H Richards bap 1861 at Mawgan in Menage or Ellen his sister bap 1864 Crowan.
Ellen disappears after 1871 and Thomas after 1881.
They are living with their parents John and Eliza Richards at Blowing House Redruth in 1871.
John and Eliza came from St Keverne and their children were bap in Mawgan and Crowan.
Francis their son dies in the 1890's.
I have found daughter Elizabeth 1858 up to the 1911 census. At some point she married and then lived in Wales.
Son James 1843  lived in Wales for a short time before moving back to Cornwall and I have found him in all census's up to 1911.
William John 1862 I have found in census's up to 1911.
Mary up to 1911 census.

There's an Ellen age 37 who is a servant in 1901 with Annie and Beatrice Hardwicke.

Would birthplace Ludgvan be in the right area for her?

Added - there's a Thomas Richards about with same birthplace if so.

May or may not be the same lady but next census age 47 servant in Bournemouth.
Birthplace this time St Ellery Cornwall.

It is possible that the 1930 death could be Ellen but the St Ellery and Ludgvan are not their place of birth.

I purchased a marriage certificate of Thomas Henry Richards and he married Mary Jane Moyle in 1882. They had two children: Thomas Henry born 1884 and William Francis born 1885;both children born Illogan Highway. Mary was a widow in 1891.
I have found William Francis in the following census's but Thomas Henry disappears after the 1901 census.

William Francis emigrated to South Africa and Thomas Henry emigrated to USA.
