John Rose & Charlotte Norris marriage mid 1820s COMPLETED

I'm trying to track down marriage record for John Rose who was born 1799 in North Elmham to Charlotte Elizabeth Moult Norris born 1799 Poplar, London.

I've not found any trace of their marriage in Ancestry, Familysearch etc.  They were definitely married and are both named as such in Charlotte's mother's will of 1836 in which Charlotte's late father's undertaking business in Poplar was left to John.

In some notes written by Charlotte's grand daughter there are confusing & vague references to Norwich cathedral and King's Lynn... is possible they married there maybe ??  Their first child was born in early 1828 so marriage would most likely be 1827 or just before.

Any help or ideas much appreciated.
