Where would 12 Court 4 House, Brearley Street, Birmingham be?

If anyone can find it on this map of Brearley Street and tell me which building it is, I would be very grateful.
E.g. this is where 145 Brearley Street was:

As the Courts on your map are numbered, perhaps you should be looking for either No: 12, or No: 4.

Looking at other versions of Brearley Street, I don't think you are showing all of the street in this snippet.
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

I can't find the full map- I pulled this snippet from Google images, I was wondering if someone had the full map.

Luke,
I think you will find the whole map using this URL:

I think you would be looking for Court 12 but perhaps would have to guess which was house number 4.

I have the full image now- can someone highlight
both Court 12, House 4 and Court 4, House 12?
If C12,H4 doesn't exist, or vice versa, just highlight the house that does exist.
If they both are present, I'll just have to work out which house it is I'm looking for.
Thanks! http://imgur.com/Tgmx7Pb

I think you need to find the origin of the full map as shown in your initial snippet - this map obviously shows the numbers of the Courts, so that will identify Court 12 and Court 4.  Is there nothing about the original entry that shows you the year, etc. of the map, or it's origin?
