Marriage records

Hi

Its been several years since I last posted about this particular family and I am hoping as more records become available someone may be able to help me knock down this long standing brick wall!

I am looking for a record of a marriage between James Durand and Ann.  This would have taken place c1785/86.

James was born in Paul (son of William and Joan) in 1754.  His first child was baptised in Fowey on 2nd October 1786.  It did take me a while to validate my records but I now know without a doubt that this is my ancestor. 

I have found a variety of different spellings of the surname - Durant, Dewran/t, Durrant, Duran etc etc.  There is a marriage record for a James Dewrant and Ann Fillis - 1785 Stoke Damerel, but with the help of another Rootchatter we have discounted this record.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
