Hereford crime , prison and punishment records on find my past. Edmund Freeman

Could anyone tell me if the Hereford crime, prison and punishment records on find my past are available on another site for free?  I am looking specifically at a record for Edmund Freeman born 1872, he appears to have committed some kind of offence in 1904. Before I pay to view this record is there anywhere else I can view for free? I am not entirely sure this is my relative. I do not live in Hereford so cannot go to the local records office.

Hi,

Looking at the information about the records there is a reference  TNA Ref HO140.  I'm guessing the records are held at Kew.

Was he a horse dealer?

Thank you, yes he was quite possibly a horse dealer. He loved horses by what I have been told
