There had been 2 Hornblow P.C.s before this one and so he may have also been a Hornblow. Can anyone help?

In Kelly's Directory for Wiltshire 1867 it shows that James Bradfield was PC of Broad Blunsdon. Does anyone have access to other directories, say between 1859 - 1867, which might narrow down the search? Thanks for any help. Toby.
