Joseph Horton Born abt 1820

Looking into my 4th Great Grandfather Joseph Horton and i'm very stuck!

Background info:

The Horton name is Extremely common throughout Worcestershire, Staffordshire & Shropshire Specifically the Areas (20mile Radius) of Rowley Regis, Darlaston, Tipton, Dudley, Cradley Heath, Oldbury etc. Which is why I'm finding it so hard to find the correct Family Line. As all Hortons had large families then each child would have a large family and so on it would result in 2-3 Joseph Hortons born within 1-3 Year of each other.

So far My Information for Joseph Horton Born Around 1820 in Rowley Regis is as Follows

Birth: Between 1818 -1823
Place: Rowley Regis/Stafford Rowley (According to Census Data)

Father: Joseph Horton (Confirmed From Marriage Banns)
Mother: Elizabeth (Possibly Clarke 95% Certain) Clarke Spelled with and without the E

Siblings:
Jane Horton b1823
Sarah Horton b1830
William Horton b1834
(Sibling info obtained from church records and free reg referencing a Joseph and Elizabeth Horton as Parents) - William Horton 1831 also appears on Census in 1851 with his brother Joseph Horton & wife Hannah


Wife: Hannah Poole B1920 (Confirmed from Marriage Banns Transcriptions from FreeReg & Birth Certs of Children.
Birth Place: Possibly Rowley Regis.
Married: 25th December 1842 at St. John the Baptist, Halesowen, Worcestershire

Children:

Sarah Horton b1844 approx - d1922
Elizabeth Horton b1846
Ann Horton b1852 - D1932
Mary Horton b1858 - d1864

I was wondering if anyone could help tie down Josephs correct birth year, place and parents and any further information going back.

There was a marriage of a Joseph Horton and Elizabeth Clark 12 Oct 1817 Salop, England and same date at Halesowen, Worcester [possibly marriage banns in each area?].

got the one in halesowen forgot to write it above  good to know theres one in salop also

is there anything in the salop one which lists his parents?
