Since the 1922 marriage took place in Ireland (as opposed to Northern Ireland) you'll need to order the certificate from GRO, Roscommon- 4 euro for research certificate last I heard. The 1st post on this thread explains it-

The GRO Index has the persons date of birth for deaths registered from 1st April 1969. Whilst FreeBMD is still a work in progress, and won't at this stage go beyond 1983, various commercial sites do have the GRO Indexes up until 2006/07
