Birth of Anne Williams in Mold in 1797
« on: Saturday 28 February 15 15:11 GMT (UK) »
An ancestor, Anne Williams, was baptised on 25/09/1797 in Mold. I'd be grateful if anyone could decipher the consequent entry.

It looks to me like:
"Anne ye 1st daughter of Will(ia)m Williams lab. by Anne ye 3rd daughter of Wm Jones Minor(Miner?) born at Hendrebiffa ye 21st Sep."
(or could be 5th daughter and 25th Sep)
Regards
Roger

Thanks. It was the 'minor' business that puzzled me. It didn't strike me that clerics could have spelling problems !
