Sharyn, this is a difficult one because baptism records at that time often didn't show the mother's name, just the father's. The woman who went through the pregnancy and subsequent labour was obviously not considered important enough to be mentioned!
Have you tried looking at the parish marriage records for the area at that time? You could start by entering William Waller and see what results you get.
