I am having problems in deciding if the small word between "edrych" and "rhan" is "ar" or "o'r".
ar translates to "on"
o'r translates to "of the"
Maybe there are clues in the photo.

Diolch. 'Tref' is 18 or so and looks as if has just been woken up from his sleep on a curtained off bed in an outbuilding with straw on the floor and the sun visible through holes in the roof. So I'd guess 'on a Sunday morning' would be appropriate - the meaning would seem to be 'first thing on a Sunday morning'.
