I want to go back another generation so looking for a birth or baptism of Thomas Stephen Ray
I have found a possible: Thomas Stevens Ray ch 17 Jul 1808 Saint Thomas Winchester- Thomas Ray - Susannah.(IGI)

Any help most welcome.

I had part of that  No ref no's and no Richardson's. So Thanks that has helped.
Susannah Williams Ray married Frederick Issac Richardson in 1848. I wonder if he is related to the Richardson's in the 41 cencus.

Thomas Stephen Ray married Hannah Williams 1828 Bristol, Gloucester
Hannah died 1847 Surrey

Thomas then married Hannah Butler 1849 Surrey
Hannah died 1855 Surrey

Thomas then married Elizabeth Purton  1858 Surrey.

Well in 1851 their is a George Richardson 27 occ Oil & Colour Man b Kent with Frederick & Susannah shown as Brother?
