You most likely have seen these but there is a birth for Lavinia Aymer, sept 17 Aymestrey,
Also a possible marriage of Lavinia Hamer to William stokes in Leomister in 1855.

I wonder if you have a couple with a very broad Hereford accent,  I am even thinking that Naomi
pronounced as Nomie could be mistranscribed  as Norris,  two rr s can look much like an m, and the last letter  e. or.  s.  are often confused.

I cannot find Norris later but I am not the best searcher,  I think this is clutching at straws, but the Hereford accent then was very   er.....  unique

I'm leaning more to it being badly written and it was transcribed as Norris

Lavinia married William Stokes I have found them in later census but haven't managed to find her death yet.

I am having trouble with Richard and Ann in the 1851 Richard may have died late 1841 but there is a couple the right age in Bleddfa, Radnorshire, Wales but with two extra daughters called Elizabeth c1832 and Sarah c1835 both born in Bleddfa who weren't in the 1841

More searching needed
