What you are asking for is too recent.

The the Farm House is for sale (Google)
But you will need to access 192.com which will tell you who owns the farm.

But if you are looking for details on the sale you will need to retain a Solicitor.

Sorry, misunderstood your post.

http://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk

Look on the 1925/1920 Valuation Rolls and the 1911 Census

Sorry, no, 192.com will not tell you reliably who owns any property. It may tell you who lives there, but only if they have not opted out of the public register of electors.

To find out who owned a farm around 1900, you need to look at the Valuation Rolls. These tell you the names of the proprietor, tenant and occupier of every house. Of course the proprietor may be the tenant and occupier as well, but most houses and farms were let to tenants.

A selection of Valuation Rolls can be consulted on Scotland's People.

In the 1881 census the farmer at Silverhills was William Falconer, a 79-year-uld unmarried man. His 50-year-old unmarried niece Mary Ann Jones was housekeeper and there were three male and two female servants.

How do you know for certain they were not at the farm?

I suggest that you use some of your credits to find Peter Ramsay in the 1911 census, and see what that tells you.

Records of changes of ownership of land and buildings are held in the National Records of Scotland, but they are not available online.

However there are copies of the valuation rolls in various libraries including the Elgin Local Heritage Centre. Perhaps some who plans to visit there might be willing to check the VRs for reference to Silverhills.
