Thanks Martin,
Perhaps this was part of his application to join Customs. Strange that his elder sisters birth was registered in Dublin. Can't make out his parents address in Kingstown.
Cheers

Annclare,
Thanks, name of the cottage is hard to distinguish. Looked at map of the area and Tivoli Terrace has four branches and no obvious matches.
Cheers

There is an Air Hill House near the school in Kingstown on the OSI 1829 - 1841 Map.
Historic 6" B+W http://maps.osi.ie/publicviewer/

Air Hill cottage as well.
This is on Tivoli South but as there is only one Tivoli Terrace at the time South isn't used.

Strange Henry does not appear to be on Griffiths Valuations circa 1849 wonder could he have been a tenant of James Bury Esq

Sinnan,
That's excellent. Henry and Frances were living at this address in 1867.
In 1843 they were at 96 Dorset Street.
Really impressed with the quality of responses. Thanks to all.
