I think it looks positive, couldn't see another Charlotte and both died in the same area.  You would need the death cert of one or both to positively confirm.

Other than Richard, Charlotte and their Children, Charlotte, Sarah and John Brown (from a previous marriage) I dont know anything of the other Millingtons at all.

Weste; thank you, with a few more names to search for now I’ll make use of the resource you mentioned.

Sandra, I'll send for the certificates to confirm this asap.
