RIPPLE family - Eastern Cape

I would like to know if anyone has any information on the Ripple family in the Eastern Cape.

I have a Susanna Wilhelmina Ripple who married Wynand Johannes Pretorius. They may have been from the Cradock area, but by 1885 they were living in Herschel and by the early 1900s they might have been in Maclear. Wynand Johannes' brother also appears to have married a Ripple by the name of Elizabeth Fredrika Ripple. Elizabeth's father was most likely Frederick Ripple who married Martha Elizabeth Robinson in Craddock in 1851. Martha's father's name appears to be Thomas Robinson and Susanna Wilhemina's one son had the name Richard Thomas Pretorius.

I am looking for any information that anyone might have on this family, especially on the origins of Frederick from Cradock.

Sorry for the late reply Herman, Thank you really appreciate your input, this appears that it could be the correct family, Hendrik Johannes Rippel is most likely the grandson of Johannes Cierzakus Rippel, possibly the son of b2 Johan Frederik * 2.12.1809 ≈ Kaapstad 17.12.1809 when considering the name of his one daughter, but I am still lacking any real information on Hendrik Johannes Rippel
