no I do not charge all my help is free this was a letter
sent to me by the a family member in the USA
asking for help in finding
out about Charles fish howell they wanted help so they could
try to see if they could get his medals for the family with all
your help they now I hope have the information to get the
medals so the give then to the family that is related to Charles fish howell
I have sent all the information on to them
