« on: Saturday 21 March 15 11:19 GMT (UK) »
Is there anyone who may of bought their house brand new from Broseley Estates Limited in the 1970's or 1980's that still have the original sales brochures for their development?

Broseley were the largest house builder in the area at the time and were based in Exeter.

Any one who can help, please can you contact me.

Thanks

Hi

I worked at Broseley Estates in Leigh from 1975-1992, sadly they no longer exist. They were sold to Ideal Homes (Trafalgar House) around 1988, and I believe later on Ideal Homes were sold to Permision Homes, maybe they can help?
