Rose Cottage, Baldhu, Cornwall

I'm researching my mother's Pearce family who lived in Baldhu in the early 1900's.  My mother was born at Rose Cottage in Baldhu and I'm wondering if anyone knows if there are any maps or photos available which would show the location of Rose Cottage around this time.

I think the cottage was demolished about 60 or 70 years ago and am trying to find out where it was in Baldhu which I know is a really tiny place.   My great grandparents Stephen and Mary Pearce lived at Rose Cottage and Stephen died in the 1940's so it may have been demolished after that.
