Death Query - South Australia - WALTON (Grace) buried 1941

I have been trying to find the death of my GG grandmother (Grace Walton) in South Australia. Walton being her married name from her second marriage in 1910 to Jesse Walton. Her maiden name was Thomas. Her first marriage was to Richard Mitchell.

I have previously searched http://www.genealogysa.org.au, Ancestry and Find my past without finding anything but today I just found a cemetery record here http://www.aca.sa.gov.au/recordssearch.aspx  for a Grace Walton aged 92 (age matches) -

I don't know if this is my GG grandmother but I went and did another check of the 3 above sites with Grace Walton and the year of death being 1941 but still nothing comes up.

1: Why wouldn't it be in the above indexes?
2: if someone has the actual CD"s could you please do a search?

Firstly the dates of deaths are actually the dates of burials on that website.  They will correct it if requested.

Symbol H indicates Grace died in a hospital or place of care.
