There's an entry on the familysearch website - it's 1864 though & just records a female child no name: -

GRONI's database gives slightly different details-

Birth: female Duffin, 29 May 1864, Coleraine district/Garvagh sub-district, mother- Mulhaney

You can view the birth certificate by purchasing credits on GRONI's website which will show you the exact place of birth and father's occupation. Unfortunately the early Church of Ireland baptism records do not survive.

If you are trying to match this child to your Richard Duffin & Teresa Troy, I do have their daughter Margaret's 1871 birth certificate which gives her birthplace as Garvagh and father's occupation as servant.
