Norman Nathaniel Brookes 29 May 1901 passed away 1991 in  Bowden, Alberta according to anc tree.
Another tree shows Norman married to Margaret Edith Wilson born 3 March 1907 in Moosejaw, Saskatchewan, Canada  and who also died in  Bowden, Alberta.
Would need verified.

Thats thr right Elijah! Rose Ellen Knox was my great great grandmother! Details on the cert arent quite right as his mother maiden name was Barratt. Coincidently Warner was Elijahs grandmothers name but on his fathers side.
If you do manage to find anymore id be very grateful.
Thanks again!!

Interesting piece Tom about Elijah Brookes - grand-father of Norman Nathaniel Brookes -

http://blog.myheritage.com/2009/11/user-story-the-inventor-elijah-brookes/

Norman and Margaret could have had 3 children. A son - Frederick Norman Brookes born December 1935 in North Battleford, Saskatchewan, Canada and passed away November 2012 in  Bowden, Alberta.
And a daughter -  Margaret Laura Brookes - born 18 June 1931 in North Battleford, Saskatchewan, Canada passed away 16 December 2014 in Eckville, Alberta. (not sure if either was married)
