deciphering death cerificate note

please can anyone help with the attached note which is on a death certificate 1867. The child was a twin.
cant tell whether the note applies to this child or is a general note at the end of the year. child died 31 dec.

Have you approached Scotland's People and asked to have the record re-scanned?  In 99.9% of results they are more legible.

Family surnames being researched ...
Crawford, Neilson, Lindsay, Reekie, Davidson
Drummond, Laing, Pearson, Tulloch ... will do for starters but there's a whole lot more!

Problem solved!  I had the record re-scanned by SP in Edinburgh this morning and the notes are the audit certificate for the Register Book of Deaths for the year 1867.

All nice and sharp now and I will be sending it on to Diddy shortly.
