I think they're 1940s.

The top one is the standard field side cap worn circa 1940-3.  After that a GS cap or beret was introduced.

The bottom one is a peaked cap which was worn prior to it but retained by some units such as the Corps of Military police, RHA or Life Gaurds.  A view of the whole photo would help.

The top one is the early war battledress that came into use in 1938-40.  It was replaced by an open buttoned front tunic mid war.  That ties in with the dates of wear of the khaki side cap.
