NOBLE Hull (female) Baptised 01 Feb 1807 same Church as WM 1798, Mother ANN Hull

Now a Noble HULL marries Henry Arthur HOBBS, 5 April 1851 Cheltenham and names a Father as WILLIAM Hull, Stonemason (false I think)

1861 she is Noble Hobbs born c 1809 Uckington
1871 Mary Hobbs 1811 Uckington
1881 Mary Noble Hobbs 1807 Uckington
1891 she is NobEL Hobbs, Widow, Aunt, with the Harris Family in Cheltenham.
Age is wrong born c 1858 (33), image is 83 (1808)
She dies 1901

So this looks to me she the MARY Hull visiting with William/Trinity in 1851 Census, so Williams Sister!

Thank you for your reasearch it does look like Nobel is also known as Mary and I think you are right and that she is Williams Sister.
They seem to like some unusual names Grinate!! Never heard of that before.

Your help is much appreciated

Me Again Trish
Thinking about your reasearch.  You thought William Hull named as father of Nobel was incorrect.
Any reason why ?  It could be correct and that Nobels brother William could have been named after their father Father. What do you think?

Hi Trish

Sorry my brain not working Grinate must be Trinity of course!  Her name has been interpretated as Frimly on one census  I should have realised, but it is after midnight (thats my excuse) so I think I should give it a rest for now.

Thanks again

Hi skosh,
I have now checked burials in Cheltenham for St Mary, Holy Trinity, St Peter & All Saints and found nothing. I note that William HULL was resident in Leckhampton, Cheltenham on the 1861 Census, but I've drawn a blank there.
Elmstone Hardwicke falls within the Cheltenham Registration district and will check the burial records there next week.

Hi skosh,
Source: Glos Archives (GA) PFC 137 IN 1/10 2, St Mary Magdalene, Elmstone Hardwicke, Burials:-
William HULL of Elmstone Hardwicke buried 16th September 1867, aged 69.
I had, originally, checked the PRs on A******y, but their record lists the year as 1866, but same date. Obviously a transcription error.
There is NO sign of a burial for Trinity at Elmstone Hardwicke or on A******y. Maybe she remarried?
