 Elizabeth        1833 LLanllyfni
 Ann               1860  LLanllyfni
On the 1881 census Thomas Jones 1833 LLanllyfni slate quarryman
                              Elizabeth        1834 LLanllyfni

Are you certain you have correct Elizabeth in 1891 -as this looks like it may be the same family in 1871??

I forgot about Margaret.
Could Laura be Margaret?  The address looks to be the same in 1861 and the 1871 I have quoted.

Hi Heywood - I didn't explain myself too well - I meant the 1871 census I posted seemed to be the same family that whdsn found in 1891!!! Elizabeth a widow.

I think the 1871 with children Ann and laura is the best match for Thomas and Elizabeth

Just had another look, yes you're right, Suz. 1891 Elizabeth is transcribed as 58 yrs but it looks to be 68 yrs.
