1891 Census Lookup Please

Please could someone lookup on the 1891 for Frank Newborn born 1861 Doncaster, Yorkshire.
I have all the other census for him but can't find him on the 1891!   He was an Engine Fitter on the 1881 census living at 30 High Street, Doncaster.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I can't see that census, but it looks like he was lodging at 8 Cunningham rd, Doncaster in 1895. Mrs Burton was his landlady.

Did he have a brother Fred?

Ignore - 1871 has no brother Fred

Sorry its not a Propper answer but
Frank Married a Mary Lockwood of (H)epworth in 1897 in Thorne she seems to be in Huddersfield in 1891 but on a blanket search for Frank Francis and Just F nothing that seams to fit
