Can anyone look at the 1881 and 1891  census please looking for a connection between Florence Gertrude Moody and Mary Ann Moody we think Mary Ann was born a Murphy and when her father died 1897 she went to live with the Moody family. They both married in N.U.T but cant find a birth for Florence in N.U.T  but in Epsom.   thank you
                                                          Ann

Ages for the 2 women would make it easier for us to search for information.

Birth for Florence Gertrude Moody (1877 Epsom):

A Florence G. Moody age 13 in 1891 census (inmate)- birthplace Sutton. Seems to be Training Home for Girls:

One online tree lists her marriage to a Thomas Henry William Hicks in 1898 (no parents listed) but the birthplace for Mrs. Hicks in later census records doesn't match the Surrey birth.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

1881 Census Trowbridge, Wilts: https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XQ3Q-BVL

Edward Moody, Head, 69, retired Gentleman's Servant, Wilts, Trowbridge
Eliza Moody, Wife, 71, , Wilts, Bradford
Gertrude Moody, 3, grand-daughter, , Surrey, Sutton

Sutton was/is in the Epsom Registration district so that ties in with the 1877 birth and 1891 census quoted by aghadowey.
Marchant, Grout, Worsfold, Woolgar all from Surrey.
Marchant in New Zealand.
