Tracing living person

Hi, i've been tracing my own family tree and also tracked down living relatives for people in the past, today i've been asked to locate a woman by her sister who's not seen her for 15 years, after getting the name of the person i was quite confident as it's a VERY unusual spelling and she is the only person by that name ever registered, i found the birth record, an entry in the 2003 - 2004 Electoral register and also an old Twitter account that looks like it's been unused for some time, Surely there must be a way to find her, off to bed now but will check again in the morning and will happily pass on details if someone fancies helping me out with this one, i'm worried that she's married after 2007 or something of that sort.
