In 1851 John Hale and his family emigrated to the USA. Would like to know how and by which ship they traveled etc.

John Halloway Hale born 1814 Falfield Gloucestershire.
Mary Hale (formerly Williams) 1808 Olveston

Edward Hale b 1839 Mag, Monmouth shire, Wales
James born 1840 Mag, Monmouth shire, Wales
Mary born 1844 Mag, Monmouth shire, Wales, died 1872 Cook County Hospital, Chicago
Susanna born 1846  Mag, Monmouth shire, Wales, died 1905 USA
Francis born 1848  Mag, Monmouth shire, Wales, died 1924 Morrison USA
Rosanna born 1850  Mag, Monmouth shire, Wales,
Albert H 1853-1863 Wisconsin America

Any help would be appreciated.

Know some history of some of the children, but hardly anything about Edward, James and Rosanna.

They sailed on the Bristol Barque 'Cosmo' from Glasgow to New York, arriving in New York on 3 May 1851.

James Hale - born 1841 England - single - farmer Markesan, Wisconsin.

Edward - Possible John Edward Hale married 24 November 1888 Fall River Columbia Wisconsin to Jennie E Davitt.
