Hi,

Thank for the copy of your tree, haven’t seen typewriter print in years!  Attached is a re-formatted version of the Nisbet Society births & marriages doc.  The additions in blue, if not referenced will need to be checked.

Have been wondering about John Dewar, witness to several of your family baptisms, thinking he may somehow be related but can’t find anything.  He was, however described, like your David, as a ‘Portioner’ and seemingly held a small part of Berryhaugh / Barrahaugh, owned by James/John/Thomas Nesbit.  John Dewar of West Reston died in 1817 (GROS Testaments)
