If anyone is looking for the father of Sarah Millett, I think I can help. In the will of Thomas Hall of Frampton Cotterell, dated 23 March 1812, he names his grand daughter as Sarah Millett, the natural daughter of his son, James Hall, DECEASED. (ie deceased before 1812)
Checking familysearch, I found the baptism of Sarah Millett at Frampton Cotterell, on the 27 Dec 1801, mother, Frances Millett. No father named.
