I'm writing this is the hope that someone has information within their family history on one of my ancestors . I've been researching John marrable born 1753 for many years and have never been able to find out who is parents were because we couldn't find a record for a John around that time . I always thought my Marrables must be connected to the early Marrables of kent but without finding johns father it was hard to tie them up . I think I've solved the mystery , John marrable born 1753 was married to a Mary Anne gore on their marriage entry they have a John reader marrable as a witness I had totally missed this information so there is a birth entry for John reader marrable born 1726 to a John marrable and christian bell . I think John reader marrable is the missing link but can't find very much info on him ( marriage or death) but John reader marrable can't be John born 1753 brother because John reader marrable was born 1726 . The other witnesses were Mary Ann's brother iseral and a John gore I don't know if he was her brother . So to re cap I would like to know if anyone has a John reader marrable in their family tree who had a son John marrable born 1753 , john was a bookseller in Canterbury he owned a shop with william flackton . I'm 99 per cent sure John reader marrable is John marrable 's father but it would be good if someone else can confirm this . Thank you in advance for reading this.
