William Murphy born Dundee

Looking for info re William Murphy who wed Sadie (Sarah) Ogilvie. He was born in 1917, probably in Dundee. He died in 1983. I'm looking for the names of his parents & their places of birth.

Unfortunately the statutory records to view just goes to 1913.. also the marriage records 1939 on www.scotlandspeople.gov ...You would need to send for a copy of his birth certificate and that will give you his parent's names and the date of their marriage and work back from there ..

Just to add 1 match coming up for a marriage in 1941 in Angus on scotlands people

Yes thought we might have been lucky finding a tree but unfortunately they don't have any information on his parent's
