I was thinking Llannitto  - pretty sure its meant to be Llan-something

I agree with Ray, I had Llancillo written on my pad but he beat me to it  ;D

I agree with the Llan bit, not sure about the end.  It looks like tt and ending in s though I know census writing isn't an exact science  ;D

Further digging, UK census has the entry for Llanetts,

James    Joy    65    Labourer    Monmouthshire    1786    Llanetts, Herefordshire
