uniform identifcation please

Could someone identify my uncles uniform as I have no information on this. It would help me possibly trace his war records.

Middle phot looks like a 2nd Lt Royal Corps of Signals....Top one maybe an Army Pay Corps....hes not an officer i don't think on this one can't see his sam browne belt...looks very young too

His cap badge , collar tabs and lanyard don't look like R Sigs to me. ::)

He enlisted in the Royal Army Pay Corps early on.  The tunic and collars are pre/early war pattern.  The strap is for his gas mask case which was a common item to have in 1938-40 but was not carried so readily to hand as the war progressed.   The other 2 are of a WW2 era Royal Signals 2nd Lt as stated.  The WIY is a red herring as the unit ceased to exist in 1908!  The 3rd photo has RSIGNALS buttons and a collar badge.
