George Arthur Ijewsky of Seacombe, Wallasey, Cheshire circa 1928.

Here is a sepia portrait of my dad age 21 in 1928. I would be very grateful if it could be restored as it is torn, scratched, grubby and badly stained around the collar and tie area.

My dad has written "with love from George" at bottom right of the photo and I believe he gave it to my mum when they started courting in the mid 1930's.

My dad had brown hair and blue eyes and although I don't know the colour of the jacket, he mostly preferred brown when I knew him and he was much older.

The original photo is 15 cm by 20 cm and I scanned it at 300 dpi - hope that's OK.

Many thanks,

Baz.
