Obituary for Barbara Jean Brown (daughter of Robert Brown and Florence Dace)

Barbara Jean Baird, 80 of Brooksville, Florida passed away September 2, 2011. She was born June 19, 1931 in Erie, Pennsylvania to Robert Brown and Florence Dace. She came to the area 9 years ago from Holiday, Florida.   Mrs. Baird was an elementary school teacher for 53 years and taught in Ohio -  Safety Harbor, Florida and over 30 years at Mittye P  Locke Elementary School in Elfers. She was Methodist in faith.  She is survived by her loving family etc etc

I have managed to find this obituary which mentions Helen Dacey

i'm guessing that Charmaine & Kenneth are the children of Helen & John Dacey, being that John's brother was Kenneth.
I'm mindful that these people are likely to still be alive & i wonder if you ladies may know the best way to go about finding them?  I have tried the normal search engines & FB but have come up blank.
any ideas?

Thanks for these in the UK we have a site http://www.freebmd.org.uk/ which is a fairly upto date list of all births etc, i have a feeling that Charmaine has probaly married so have no idea what to search for.
I will see what i can come up with.

The USA does not have a BMD index, what is available varies County to County and State to State.  Chances are there are no records available in the time frame you are looking.

Hello Ladies, hope you are well?
Ok so i recently took a DNA test & i got a match!!!  It's convoluted! It's a little bit confusing trying to figure out... anyone fancy helping me out if i give you the new info?  My USA digging might not be so good so i may be barking up the wrong tree.
