Hello tracing the Garratt family in Hunts/Cambs, from BMD found the above registed at Whittlesey, checked for bapt in St Andrews/St Marys, may have been nonconformists, he was the husband of the late Margaret Garratt who died in 2013 from Yaxley. thankyou Margaret.

There are 5 Garratt births in Whittlesey Registration District, with a mother's maiden name of Little.
From 1928 to 1938.

I often find that getting back to the 1911 census can be difficult without buying certificates. In this case I'd buy the birth cert to get parents' names.
