From ancestry in the Victoria Australia assisted and unassisted passenger lists, travelling with E A Conder (grazier?, age 56)   Mrs E K Conder age 43  arrived  31 Dec 1922 at Brisbane from London (landing Melbourne)  on the ship Orcades

On the 1926 Australia ER she and Edward are at 2 Enfield Street.

In 1928 she is still in Enfield Street, but Edward Alfred appears to be at 30 Beaconsfield pde.

This looks like Edward:

He and Emily showing on ER's for Foster, Gippsland, Victoria in 1912 as a farmer and on home duties

There is a death for Edward Albert Conder in 1931, age 65 in Melbourne.  No image accessible.  Incorrectly transcribed?

There is a birth of an Edward Conder in Victoria in 1866, no middle name specified, so could also be that man.
