Thank you to everyone who helped on this.  I had no idea that the Probate Search site even existed.  I have already used it to find information on two other ancestors.  I'm sure there will be more.

The Death Index for 2007-2013 is also new to me, so thank you for that too!  ;D

Thank you very much. I sent a PM regarding you finding the Loana Pattinson death in Durham, 2010. I worried that you may not have received it. I may have pressed the wrong button? The information you sent me back on finding her on the Death Index 2010 was correct. She was born Loana Bowes 4 July 1910, Tanfield Lea, Stanley, County Durham. She was taken to America by her mother to join her father in Scranton, Pennsylvania but the family arrived back in Liverpool a few days prior to the outbreak of WWI. From the Index I now know she died a few months prior to her 100th birthday.
