Hannah Hart Gardham (b.1875, Liverpool)
« on: Sunday 26 April 15 10:00 BST (UK) »
Can anyone find Hannah on the 1891 and 1901 census or when she leaves the UK?

She is not with her father Samuel and stepmother Ellen.  At some point she leaves the UK to go to Canada where she marries John (Jack) Moore (no date or place known).

She dies in Canada on 30 August 1958 and is buried at Beechwood Cemetery in Ottawa.

Thanks
Ruth

Don't know if this will mean anything to you Ruth,

Travelling with Miss H Gardham on the same ticket - 4108 - is a Miss Goulden she is also a spinster and an adult. They are aboard the SS Dominion.

What I found as well was her brother Frederick Hart Gardham on a ship record from Nova Scotia to Ellis Ireland in 1922.
Her Birth was 30th June 1873
She was Baptised on the 29th August 1875
this is according to the Baptism records in Liverpool.

Ancestry have transcribed the original record wrong from St Peter's CE Liverpool. They've assumed the year for the date of birth was 1873 because an entry further up the page gives a birth date and the year 1873. Other date of birth entries don't have a year and should be taken to be 1875 the year of the baptisms not 1873.

I don't think this is Hannah's brother, I think he's her nephew.
According to the Ellis Island record he was 24 years of age in 1922 making him born c1898.
There is a 1901 census record for him with parents ...
Frederick Gardham 22, Margaret Gardham 24, Frederick Hart Gardham 2 born Mayport Cumberland.
