Keeping in mind the rounding down of ages, there is also this one at Coe Street, Great Bolton:

The second Margaret is listed as born 1801 so she must be the first one.
However, I reckon her age may be written or transcribed incorrectly. She appears to have been born c1803 (1851 census) so I think her age in 1841 was 35 (rounded) not 45. Also, she had 2 more children after 1851 which would be unlikely if she were over 45.

Not sure on your logic about the ages? What are her children's names in 1851?

She had 8 children from Thomas b1826 in Preston to Robert b1843 in Lancashire, living in London in 1851
