Eva and Lilian HILL in Godmanchester circa 1905-1913

Sisters Eva b 1889  and Lilian HILL b1890 appear in the 1911 census in Godmanchester with Italian partners. Their marriages appear to be recorded in 1910 and 1911. They are known to have had children before 1911, Eva having 3 children, including it is believed twins, one of the twins death is registered, but no birth registrations have been found.lilian had one child, and again does not appear to be registered. A later child in 1912 is registered.
I am aware of 3 churches, where the baptisms may have been recorded, does anyone have access to these records please, to see if they exist.
The partners surnames do vary, probably due to interpretation, but should be Moleterno and Mastrogiacomo or Giacomo.
Both families are known to have migrated to the U.S./Canada where descendants live today.
Eva's migration to Quebec is recorded in 1913 with a 4th child Alfonsina who is an infant  , and again the registration is not indentified yet, the age of the infant is unclear.

Eva claims to be several years wed in 1911.
Was the child aged 3 in 1911 registered as Hill?

Lilian's child is 4 years old and she claims several years wed too. (more than 4 anyway)
Child  is b Cambridgeshire.

We are only allowed to post details of the 1911 English census available from free searches (not number of years married, etc.).

There's a marriage for an Eva N. Hill with a groom on the same page Carmine M. Giacome but the marriage is in the July/Sept.1911 quarter which is after the 1911 census date.
